Smooshy sandwich season is upon us

Smooshy sandwich season is here again. Oh yes, smooshy sandwiches do have a season. And it is NOW.

I take me some bread, slather some mayo on it (preferably Miracle Whip), add the cheese and meat, then top it with potato chips (preferably Lays). Then I smoosh the sandwich together real nice.

And don't think for one second that the smooshing is irrelevant and doesn't affect the taste, because it is all that matters, my friends. Without the smoosh, it's just a boring sandwich. With the smoosh...magic yum. Mmmm...

Side dish=dill pickle. Perfecto.

  1. I can honestly say I've never heard of this chips and mayo and meat smoosh sandwich. It does sound good, though.

  2. Finally someone else that puts chips on their sandwich just like me! Actually, it's the only way I really like to eat potato chips.

  3. I have to admit, I have never tried the chips on a sandwich deal. I thought all you chip/sandwich combo lovers were crazy. Damn it...one more thing to add to my 'To Try' list!

  4. I love smooshy PB&J (and C) sandwhiches. Peanut butter and jelly is far too bland for my taste unless I can slip some potato chips in. And you're right, Lays are the best chips to use. I can't wait to try this with a lunch meat sandwhich.
